What Forma does
Forma reads the questions as it builds the form and marks it sensitive on its own. The protections switch on without being asked for: answers are never emailed, two-factor is required to view them, AI needs a workspace opt-in, and everything is encrypted at rest in Canada. The trust page says the rest, in the same words.
